Boardwalk shaped as inverted Y to allow easy access to residents in Phases II and III. Drinking water and electricity will be available at pier head. An aluminum gangway will connect to an 8’-0” x 40’-0” floating dock. The dock will be used for boat access to Etiwan Pointe. The Etiwan Pointe Community Dock is only 1/4 mile from the Wando River with great access by boat to Charleston Harbor, James Island and other points of interest.
